Privacy Policy — RAM Solutions

Privacy Policy

Last revised: 19 May 2026

This Privacy Policy describes the processing of personal data collected through the ram-solutions.it website, pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (the “GDPR”) and applicable Italian law.

1. Data controller

The data controller is:

RAM Solutions S.r.l. Registered office: Via Conciliazione 16, 20077 Melegnano (MI), Italy VAT / Tax code: 13611940969 REA: MI - 2734389 PEC: ramsolutions [at] legalmail [dot] it Contact email: info [at] ram-solutions [dot] it

2. Categories of data collected

We only collect the data you voluntarily provide through the contact form on the website:

  • First and last name
  • Email address
  • Optional company name
  • Message content
  • Declaration of qualification as a professional investor or authorised industry operator

The website does not use profiling cookies or third-party analytics. See also the Cookie Policy.

3. Purposes of processing

Data collected through the contact form are processed for the following purposes:

  • Responding to your contact request
  • Assessing any business opportunities proposed
  • Complying with legal obligations connected to the management of communications received

Processing of data provided through the contact form is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of pre-contractual measures taken at the request of the data subject) and, where applicable, on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest of the controller in managing communications received).

For anonymous, aggregate measurement of site traffic via GoatCounter (see Section 7 and the Cookie Policy) the legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — the legitimate interest of the controller in understanding the aggregate traffic of its pages in non-identifying form, balanced against the rights of the data subject.

We do not perform consent-based processing or direct marketing activities.

5. Processing methods

Data are processed by electronic means, on servers located in Italy and the European Union, with technical and organisational measures adequate to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of data. Access is limited to authorised personnel of RAM Solutions S.r.l.

6. Retention period

Data collected through the contact form are retained for a maximum of 24 months from the date of receipt, unless the conversation initiated generates a contractual relationship or longer retention requirements provided for by law.

Upon request from the data subject, data are deleted before that period.

7. Recipients of the data

Data are not transferred to third parties for marketing purposes. They may be processed by:

  • Authorised internal personnel of RAM Solutions S.r.l.
  • The website hosting provider (server located in Italy/EU), as data processor
  • Email service provider (Register.it, Italy), as data processor
  • GoatCounter (operator: Martin Tournoij, based in the European Union), as the provider of the anonymous analytics service. GoatCounter receives traffic data in anonymous and aggregate form (URL of the visited page, referrer, daily de-duplication hash that does not identify the user). It does not receive identifiable personal data, does not use cookies, and does not store the IP address. See goatcounter.com/help/gdpr for details
  • Legal and administrative advisors, where necessary

8. Transfers outside the EU

We do not transfer personal data outside the European Economic Area.

9. Rights of the data subject

Pursuant to Arts. 15-22 GDPR, you have the right to:

  • Access your personal data and obtain a copy
  • Request the rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data
  • Request the erasure of data
  • Request restriction of processing
  • Object to processing on legitimate grounds
  • Request data portability
  • Withdraw consent, where applicable, without prejudice to the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal

To exercise these rights, write to info [at] ram-solutions [dot] it or, alternatively, to the PEC ramsolutions [at] legalmail [dot] it. You can also exercise your rights via the form on the Contact page.

10. Right to lodge a complaint

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, Piazza Venezia 11, 00187 Rome, www.garanteprivacy.it) if you consider that the processing of your data infringes applicable law.

11. Changes to this policy

Any changes or updates to this Privacy Policy will be published on this page, with an indication of the date of the last revision. We invite you to consult it periodically.
