This Cookie Policy describes the use of cookies and similar technologies (e.g. localStorage) on the ram-solutions.it website, in compliance with the Italian Data Protection Authority’s resolution of 10 June 2021 and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files that visited websites send to the user’s device, where they are stored and later sent back to the website on subsequent visits. Similar technologies (such as localStorage or sessionStorage) work in an analogous way from a regulatory perspective and are treated here as cookies.

2. Cookies used by this website

The ram-solutions.it website uses only technical cookies strictly necessary for the operation of the pages, in compliance with Art. 122(1) of the Italian Privacy Code. We do not use profiling cookies, analytics cookies, or third-party cookies.

3. Anonymous analytics (GoatCounter)

To measure site traffic in aggregate form we use GoatCounter (goatcounter.com), an analytics tool designed to be privacy-friendly and GDPR-compliant. GoatCounter does not use cookies and does not collect personal data.

To count unique visits, GoatCounter generates an anonymous hash that combines the IP address, the browser User-Agent, and a secret key that rotates every 24 hours: the result is a string that lets us de-duplicate visits from the same user within the current day, but that changes the next day and cannot be used to reconstruct the user’s identity or to track them over time. The IP address is not stored in any form.

Since this tool sets no cookies and collects no identifiable personal data, pursuant to the Italian Data Protection Authority’s resolution of 10 June 2021 its use does not require prior user consent.

4. Third-party cookies

The website does not load third-party cookies (e.g. Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, etc.). We do not use profiling tools.

5. How to manage or disable cookies

Since only technical cookies are used, no prior consent is required for their use. You can, however, at any time delete the stored data through your browser settings:
