RAM Solutions is an Italian independent firm, headquartered in Milan. We work on high-potential assets across residential, commercial, hospitality, and community services.
For every operation we integrate market analysis, financial structuring, planning and regulatory management, and asset value creation. We do it as investors putting our own capital at risk and, when we work for third parties, with the same discipline we apply to our own.
We do not distribute financial products. We do not raise capital from the public. We do not represent counterparties.
Two paired modes. The same method, with the risk landing in different hands.
We participate in high-yield real estate operations putting in our own capital, alongside professional operators, funds, and institutional investors. The typical structure is equity co-investment inside SPVs or dedicated vehicles, occasionally through selected club deals.
We are also open to opportunistic acquisitions and equity stakes proposed by real estate operators when the asset, the deal structure, and the timing converge.
Skin in the game is not a selling point: it's the filter we apply to our own selection process.
Under mandate from third parties, we operate as advisor on transactions that the client runs themselves. The value we bring is the perspective of someone who looks at the deal through an investor's eyes: same rigour, same indicators, same suspicion towards easy numbers.
Independence carries double weight here: we do not distribute financial products, we do not represent counterparties, and we have no sales incentives of any kind.

We work alongside institutional and qualified private investors, developers, industry operators, banks, real estate funds, credit funds, and family offices. Relationships are built over time and maintained on an operational, not commercial, basis.
We do not publish our list of counterparties: confidentiality is part of the service.
